You may place an order via website using your preferred mode of payment that is available on the ordering channel. All orders will be processed 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon confirmation of payment before ship out by the affiliated Courier.

SELF-COLLECT/PICK-UP OPTION
Pick-up your orders in our main office at Pure Living Corporate Office, CTI I Bldg, 901 Apacible Street, Ermita Manila. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment before its ready for pick- up. Kindly contact Ms. Judy at 09953886050 for pick-up arrangement and prepare the order number and complete name of the buyers account for reference.

Website (www.pureliving.com.ph) purchase platform makes ordering quick & easy and will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may only file for order cancellation within 24 hours from the date and time of your successful purchase. Any request beyond that timeline will no longer be accepted by Pure Living. The Company will also not accept any order cancellation request if the products are turned over and shipped by the affiliated Courier.
PROCEDURE FOR ORDER CANCELLATION
- The purchase owner of the account should file a request via email at customercare@pureliving.com.ph
- Provide your Complete Name, Order Number and the reason for cancellation in the email.
- Wait for the Customer Service to acknowledge and contact you for further assistance.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING PRODUCTS
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon confirmation of payment. Ordered items will be shipped via LBC or other partnered logistics, our shipping courier after the orders are being processed.
Pure Living may not be able to fulfill orders to some areas which have restricted access or considered as out-of-deliver zone (ODZ).
Special delivery may be arranged on areas that are considered as out-of-delivery zone, however, additional charges may apply.
Pure Living only delivers nationwide for the Philippines. We do not ship outside the country.
SHIPPING RATES (MEMBERS PORTAL & WEBSITE)
Shipping rates are calculated based on volumetric weight and shipping location.

*Additional Php30.00/kg for MM, Php60.00/kg for LUZ, Php70.00/kg for VIS and Php80.00/kg for MIN area. Should your order quantity exceed allowable KG, please contact us at customercare@pureliving.com.ph or 0995-388-6050 .

- Metro Manila 3 - 5 working days
- Luzon 5 - 7 working days
- Visayas 5 - 7 working days
- Mindanao 5 - 7 working days
- Out-of-Delivery Zone (ODZ) additional 5 - 7 working days
- Peak Season (Oct-Jan) additional 1 - 2 working days
