Bright and Glow tonic
Brightening toner powered by small-molecule Vitamin C and multiple plant extracts which permeates the skin faster. With its fast absorbing formula, it instantly moisturizes and balances skin's PH and improves dull skin and overall brightens the skin tone.
HOW TO USE:
1.After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount on the palm of your hand, gently pat on the face and neck a few times until fully absorbed.
2.May also be used with a cotton pad: Saturate a cotton pad or compression mask and apply to cleansed skin, remove it after 5-10 minutes, pat a few times until absorbed.
